Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Coffee Royal, Grasshopper (Mint Flavor), Raspberry Cheesecake, and Peach.

Thanks to my friends and our lovely host Sharon, International Talk Like a Pirate Day was a wonderful success again this year. There was a little less pirating, but we did partake in several films. One that was not piratical in any way shape or form was Mutiny. Not only was the film bad, it wasn't even bad in the good way. I have much higher hopes for next year's film viewing.
We seem to be getting a little older as a group of pirates. We were all ready to turn in before 1:00 AM. Pirates aren't supposed to have bedtimes. Alas, we all have real non-pirate jobs during the week and sometimes those can wear on you. Nevertheless, we did our best to celebrate the fictitious fun life of the pirate.
If, however, you feel like celebrating the real life of the German, the I highly recommend Octoberfest in Addison this weekend. Of course, there is more than just bier at the German celebration. With events for the whole family, today is a great day to go and enjoy the festival.
