Our yogurt flavors are Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Chocolate Malt, Pecan Praline, Vanilla Malt and Candy Cane. Today's shake suggestion: 1/2 Chocolate Malt and 1/2 Vanilla Malt or try a Fruit Blendeez with Vanilla Malt and Strawberry.
Alas, we've come to the traditional start of the weekend. On Fridays I've decided to do Fun Facts to send everyone off with a teaser for their friends and family. Today's fact: The 7-Eleven convenience stores were first called Tote'm.
Tote'm was the initial name of the Southland Corporation's foray into convenience stores. Some store locations even sported genuine Alaskan totem poles in front. In 1946, Tote'm became 7-Eleven to reflect the store's new extended hours-from 7 A.M. until 11 P.M. (This fact brought to you by the Fact or Crap daily calendar.)
Don't forget that today is the last day to get our Pecan Pies for $12.99. Also, today we have our Chocolate Creme Pies for $9.99 all day. Tommorrow, we begin our April specials which I will post in the morning. Stop by and see us this weekend.

Let’s take care of a little business. For all of our Weight Watcher's® customers, the one point Pita, English Muffins, and bagels have arrived. All flavors (Blueberry, Sweet Wheat, Cinnamon, Onion and White) are now available for the one point bagels. Of course, we also have the 2 point bagel, the Perfect 10. For the yogurt flavors, please see the previous post.
I hope that everyone had a wonderful evening. The concert that I attended was an interesting blend of music styles between the three bands that played, leaning heavily toward the rockabilly and folk/alternative country side. The mix worked very well and the crowd was quite enthusiastic.
Thursday's theme is still up in the air. I have a feeling that it might tend to be random as the day itself often is. Have you ever noticed that some Thursdays drag on because your waiting all day for Friday to come and usher in your weekend; however, other Thursdays will fly by you leaving Friday at your doorstep before your really ready to answer its call?
Without further musing on my part, I offer you today's topic for dissemination and discussion: Platonic Solids and Plato's Theory of Everything.

In order to counter the hump day blues, I have declared Wild Photo Wednesdays. If any of you out there recognize this photo, thank you for being our long term customer. This is the store in 1999 with the owner Rick and the former manager Matt. (Thanks to Sharon for the photo.)
I've come across something that may interest a few of you out there that fancy yourselves as little smarty pants. Jeopardy is holding tryouts online today for the central time zone at 8:00 PM. I wish I could participate, but tonight is the Jenny Lewis concert at the Dallas Museum of Arts. Good luck to everyone else.
As promised, we do have new yogurt flavors in today: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Chocolate Malt, Pistachio, Vanilla Malt, and Candy Cane (in a rare non Christmas apperance).

We have a new item in the store called The Girls Mints. These mints are tiny and flavor packed and are available in cute decorative collectible tins. The available flavors are Cinnamon Hearts, Peppermints, Cinnamon Mints, Green Apple Mints and Berry Mints. All flavors are packed in great pocket sized tins for your purse or pocket.
Tuesday's theme is Quiz day. Take a break from the grind and have a little fun with our quiz of the week. Today's quiz is How Happy Are You? Post your results in the comments section if you would like. Currently, I am 74% happy. I am assured that this number represents a healthy degree of happiness.

The yogurt flavors to start the day are Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Roasted Almond, Pistachio, Peach and Strawberry Shortcake.
I did get a chance to try the new Flax Z Snacks Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix on Sunday. If you are looking for a great low carb option for your morning routine, then come in an pick one of these up. They have a nice texture, great flavor (very buttery) and are easy to mix and make. Of course we also have our fantastic Sugarless deLite Country Syrup (Maple) to top them off.
Each Monday, I plan on offering a website or article that may be of interest to our customers. I figured that today I would start us off with a site that explains one of our most frequently asked questions in the store: What is Maltitol?
Hope that everyone has a nice start to their work week. If you have any questions or comments about this blog, please let us know what you think. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you soon in the store.

If you haven't tried a shake yet, now is a great time. Try any of our custom shakes or make your own special combination. Today's suggestion: Strawberry Shortcake with Banana or Pistachio with Cherry.
Wondering why this blog is named Sugarless deLight when our store name is spelled Sugarless deLite? We have found many of our customers and potential customers spell our name with deLite spelled as deLight. This is one of our attempts to increase our presence on the web under the Sugarless deLight name.
