We have finally received our shipment of Baja Bob's Margarita mixes. We now have the original flavor back in stock.

I don't know how many of y'all use coupons when going out to eat; however, my wife and I love to use them. I'm certainly not going to turn down free meals and I hope that my pride never exceeds my wallet. Last night, we went to Spring Creek BBQ. The good folks at Spring Creek always send out a Buy One, Get One free coupon in the Value Pack monthly mailer. There is something fun about going out to eat for two and paying under 10 dollars.

We also have coupons at Sugarless deLite that we send out to our email members. If you are not currently a member, come in and sign up. We send out one email a month to our members and each email includes the monthly calendar, 4 in store coupons (1 for a free yogurt each month) and the monthly on-line shipping code. We also send out a reminder for Thanksgiving and Christmas orders.

In continuation of the Monday series, Common Misconceptions about Workouts and Common Sense Responses to Them:

Advice: Sweating means that you're losing weight.

Myth: While we sweat, we're losing body water. This is why we notice that we lose weight after a strenuous workout. However, our body is like a sponge. When we sweat we temporarily lose water weight, but as soon as we're re-hydrated, we'll gain back that weight. Re-hydration is key to maintaining the body's salt and water balance. So remember that this is water loss, and not weight loss. Of course, it's always nice to see a lower number on the scale after a strenuous workout.-By Madelyn Fernstrom, Ph.D., CNS
