I don't know how many of y'all use coupons when going out to eat; however, my wife and I love to use them. I'm certainly not going to turn down free meals and I hope that my pride never exceeds my wallet. Last night, we went to Spring Creek BBQ. The good folks at Spring Creek always send out a Buy One, Get One free coupon in the Value Pack monthly mailer. There is something fun about going out to eat for two and paying under 10 dollars.

Advice: Sweating means that you're losing weight.
Myth: While we sweat, we're losing body water. This is why we notice that we lose weight after a strenuous workout. However, our body is like a sponge. When we sweat we temporarily lose water weight, but as soon as we're re-hydrated, we'll gain back that weight. Re-hydration is key to maintaining the body's salt and water balance.
