Well, I realized this morning as I was getting ready to write the blog that the stat counter was no longer on the blog because of the template update. After a little bit of work, I was able to figure out how to insert the code into the new version of blogger. It can once again be viewed on the bottom of the page along with a new footer item called In the News. This draws on news feeds from across the internet on items that might be of interest to our customers like diabetes, sugar free, health, diet and exercise.
Last night, we went with my in-laws to see the Easter production at Parkway Hill Baptist church. Outside of being a little rushed from getting out of work, running an errand and grabbing a quick dinner, the evening went really well. It's the first time in a good number of years that I've gotten to an Easter play. I thought it made for a very nice evening.
Friday in the News: In 2005, we got some good news. There is a daily housekeeping task that is actually bad for you. Making your bed can be hazardous to your health because of dust mites. Dust mites thrive in the moisture we leave in our sheets. If left unchecked, these tiny unseen beasts can spread allergens. The best way to kill them: Leave your bed unmade.
