Shopping Time

I'm about to spend a good bit of money here over the next few weeks. In addition to moving to my new apartment and all of the fun expenses that go along with the move, I also have my car insurance renewal coming up at the beginning of August. Normally this would be somewhat of a laugh, but gone are the wonderful days of having the bare minimum in coverage for my old clunker Lumina. I almost choked when I saw the quote for the moderately new 2002 Corolla that I have. As much as I don't want to, it is time to partake in that painstaking adventure of shopping for insurance. Let the fun begin.

I'd say all of this is quite a pain in the neck, but I think that is actually from sleeping on it the wrong way. I'm looking forward to a little Friday night yoga action to take care of my neck and back.

At Least the Sun Is Out...

It seems like it got a little chilly last night. My apartment managed to drop down to 47 degrees. A Friend In Need

This weekend was a wonderful weekend for me to catch up with friends. Yesterday, I was able to see my best friend who, though it seems like months on end, I have not seen in a month. It was good to be able to sit down and talk again. Many times there are difficulties in our lives, but it is great to know that we are able to turn to others to ask for help. I'd like to thank her for being my friend through everything because that friendship means so much to me. It looks like this weekend’s rain will leave us for a short time to return again next weekend. Wasn't it great? It seemed like the perfect weather to cleanse and renew after so many months of dry, relentless weather. Three weekends in a row would be fantastic. I am thankful for the rain that we have received.
