Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Grasshopper (Mint Flavor), Chocolate Banana, Very Berry, and Angel Food Cake.
Cone Day! All yogurt cones are $2.08 today (regularly $2.77). Come in and ask for our special to get a nice cool cone.
Looks like I was not the only one who liked The Dark Knight. The new Batman film now owns the title for the biggest opening weekend in the United States with 155.3 million dollars. This film should easily see numbers well past 300 million on the domestic front.
I'm not sure if Sprouts had quite those numbers, but their grand opening did make for a busy weekend on this corner. I know that we had a good number of first time customers stop in to check us out. As long as the parking lot is not always filled to the brim, it will be nice to have them around. While Sprouts might not work as my one stop shop for groceries, it is a nice option for my produce.
After a busy weekend at the store, we had our employee summer dinner on Sunday night. Most of our workforce will turn over after this month, but I would like to thank Anna, Jason, Wylee, and Stephen for their hard work over this summer and, for Wylee and Stephen, over the years. Also, a big thank you to Rick and Stacey for the dinner.
