Green Tip: Health effects associated with pesticide exposure include eye, nose, and throat irritation; damaged to the central nervous system and kidneys; and elevated cancer risk. Some common household items have insect-repellent properties, minus the risk. Tape whole, dried bay leaves to the bottom of shelves in your pantry to keep tiny bugs away. Make your own spray by combining rubbing alcohol with an essential oil like clove, citronella, or peppermint in a spray bottle. It looks like the Republican field got narrowed yesterday with Mitt Romney's announcement that he was suspending his campaign. It was an interesting move, because it gives him the ability to hold his delegates that he has already won. It is a pretty sure bet that John McCain will get the nomination for the Republican party, but the politics of it are going to be something to keep an eye on.

Meanwhile, the other side of the coin is digging in for a long protracted fight. The fundraising is reaching some ridiculous numbers to keep them each in the competition. The next few weeks could do very little to clear up the nomination. More and more, it looks like the decision could come down to the convention and the super delegates. If that is the case, they will have some very tough and, possibly, dangerous choices to make.
