Go Fish

Last night I had some friends over for dinner/Prison Break/anime. One of the things that I love to do is cook. We had parmesan crusted cod with zucchini and red pepper with a side of mashed cauliflower. It was the first time that I have tried the recipe and I thought it worked out fairly well. I'm glad that I made a few adjustments to it though as the original recipe seemed to lack some flare.

After everyone had left and the dishes were cleaned (cooking for five will cause them to pile up quickly), I sat down and watched the US Open match for the Andre Agassi farewell tour. After he wins or losses in this tournament, he is retiring from professional tennis. It will be interesting to see one of the most dynamic tennis personalities of my generation leave the game. His victory last night against Romania's Andrei Pavel was a classic duel that saw Agassi rally from being down 0-4 in the third set. The match ended 6-7 (4), 7-6 (8), 7-6 (6), 6-2. If you get a chance to see his next match, I would recommend it. It is rare that you get to watch a legend’s last stand.
