Well, it took about 4 and 1/2 hours yesterday, but I finally got the KIS program installed. Once I found the right program to remove the reminants of McAfee, it was a relatively simple process. Finding the right program was not. After I got the work computer up and going, I went on to the laptop computer and a home computer. I felt like I was working in IT yesterday. The good news is that it is all working well and the program, once installed, is easy to use.

All told: 10 hours spent upgrading 3 computers.
