She took my name so I'm taking the cat.

Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Roasted Almond, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Boysenberry and Raspberry Cheesecake.

Beware the Ides of March! Today is Teacher Day. All teachers can come in and show their school ID card to receive a small yogurt for only 99 cents all day long. If only Cesar had listened to his teacher...

Bagels, English Muffins and Pita have arrived! We have all varieties on hand (Blueberry, Sweet Wheat, Cinnamon, Onion, White and Perfect 10). Come and get yours today. Perfect for Weight Watchers®!

We have also received a restock on the Gnu Foods Flavor and Fiber bars. These excellent bars are available in Orange Cranberry, Chocolate Brownie, Cinnamon Raisin and Banana Walnut. Each one is packed with 12 grams of fiber, lots of wonderful flavor and is only 2 points for Weight Watchers®. I love to use these as a breakfast bar or a between meal snack.

C-Day has arrived! Wilson the cat, a.k.a. Buddy or Kee-Hat, has moved in to the home today much to the delight of my wife's old roommates who have been taking care of him over the last two weeks. Over the next few days, we will work to integrate the cat into our home and daily lives. I know that this will be a great joy to her and that it will be alright for me.

Despite what many people would like to believe, I am not an animal person. I don't mind visiting them and actually enjoy getting to see some of my friends dogs; however, I have never really had a desire to own one. Nevertheless, I figured if she could take on the last name of Farquharson as part of the marriage, I could take on the cat.

We've decided to keep the master bedroom as a cat free sanctuary which I very much appreciate. As for the adjustments, I am certain that both she and I will be fine and Wilson will find his new home to be much like his old home, a place where he is loved when he feels like it, given food and clean water on a regular basis, his litter box is cleaned and he can stare out the window lying in a beam of sunlight all day.

I realized that I forgot quiz day on Tuesday because I got excited about sharing some of the photos from the honeymoon locations so today I have decided to offer a quiz to make up for it: Do You Fight Fair?

You Fight Fair

For you, a fight is not about proving you're right.
Instead, it's about discussing and resolving difficult issues.
You don't look for fights, but you don't avoid them either.
You realize that clearing the air is good, when you go about it the right way.

so far the kee-hat is doing okay...although he did somehow get stuck on top of the refrigerator underneath the cupboards... I came home & heard a strange noise, after looking around for a few minutes, I found him, and helped him out.

he'll be home alone for the next few hours... keep your fingers crossed.

When you fight, you tend to remember your end goal of resolving conflict.
However, you can get a little too wrapped up in your own feelings.
Remember that there are two sides to every argument.
And even if you think you're totally right, you should take more time to hear your partner out.
