Snuggle Fest

Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Roasted Almond, Coffee Royale, Peach and Raspberry Cheesecake.

Today is Cone Day! All yogurt cones are $1.85 today (regularly $2.72) all day long.

We get a fair number of different newsletters in our in-box at the store for various trade organizations. Today we got one from the Gourmet Retailer that had an interesting article about yet another food designation label that you will soon see on products in the grocery stores: The Mediterranean Diet Symbol. Outside of the pasta and potatoes, this is how I love to eat.

Before we got married, my wife and I both agreed that one of the greatest joys would be waking up next to each other. It is something that is truly wonderful and it has an added bonus of the morning snuggle. What a great way to start the day by holding the one that you love in your arms even if just for a snooze cycle or two. It makes me even gladder that we choose the queen size bed since we can simply scoot over a few spaces rather than roll half way across the room to reach the other person.

Albeit a very good one, it is a little bit of an adjustment sleeping next to someone else. Last night we both got a fairly good rest after a few days of adjustment on the new bed in what seems like for me and, is for her, the new place. The great thing is the attitude with which we have been able to approach the myriad of changes. Helping each other along and having fun along the way.

For those who might be interested, here is a photo of the Treehouse that we stayed in for the first couple of nights: (Oak Crest Cottages)

A special thanks to Stacey for filling in on the blog while I was gone. It was nice to know that the blog was left in capable hands because you better believe that I wasn’t going to touch it on my honeymoon. Great Job!

Thanks for the welcome back comments. It is good to be back at work and blogging away.
