Today, we are starting to hand our the 100 Days of Blogger cards. As a promotion for this blog and part of our continued celebration for our 18 years in business, we will start the game on Wednesday the 25th this week. The game is easy enough to play, just get a card and check the blog.

The person who has the winning number of the day wins a 10 dollar in store credit which is good for the remainder of the day. It is a use it or lose it game since the store credit cannot be carried over to the next day. The full rules will be on the back of each blogger card. Just remember to check each day by 12:00 PM to see if you have won. The game will run through October 31, 2007.

The worst thing about moving is not the packing or moving, but transferring services, signing up for new ones, canceling old ones, and learning the new address. The move itself only takes a day, but the other stuff can consume a week or more. After spending 20 plus minutes on the phone this morning and going through several transfers, we've got our electric set up with Green Mountain Energy. :)

This leaves the cable modem and the change of address as the next big things. I have no doubt the the cable modem will be a bit of a pain, but the change of address will be easy enough as soon as I can get the new address memorized. Since my wife is taking care of the new checks today, we should be pretty well ready to go when we move into the new place.

Did anybody finish the last Harry Potter book? Is it any good? (No spoilers please!)

I finished it last night. I averaged about 100 pages per hour. It was great and I think the movie for this book has the potential to be the best.
Sounds great. I'm looking forward to seeing the final two movies and getting to read the books afterwards.
