Shake It Up!

The thing with Yoga is that it exposes you for the out of shape lug that you are. Even if I could run a mile or two without gasping for breath or bench 200 pounds, which I can't, it wouldn't matter because the things that you do in a Yoga class have little to do with strength or stamina. Instead, Yoga focuses on that pesky thing called flexibility and toning. This double edged sword takes someone like yours truly who knows that they are out of shape but tells themselves that they are only moderately so, and reduces them to rubble. I do feel absolutely pathetic at times in the class, but that's OK. I can also see the progress being made. So here's to hoping that at the end of May, I'll be able to touch my toes and hold the pose for at least 3 to 5 seconds. Baby steps people, baby steps.

The Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Chocolate Mint, Maple Nut, Lemon and Raspberry Cheesecake.

Don't forget today is the last Wednesday for this month when all shakes are $3.49. If you haven't tried one of our shakes, today is a great time to do that. Try any of our yogurt flavors as a stand alone shake or try one of our specialty shakes: Banana, Cherry, Peanut Butter, Peppermint Pattie, Pumpkin Spice, Egg Nog, Kahlua, Green Tea, Chai Tea or our Fruit Blendeez or Protein.

Now it is time for Wacky Photo Wednesday. This is a different photo than the one that I originally had for today; however, when I came across this one I just started laughing. Granted it is old news, but funny none the less. Enjoy!

Undoubtedly the best part of class last night was the "Relaxation" pose. Falling asleep on a rec room floor has never felt so good!
