Election Day!
Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Chocolate Banana, Mocha Fudge, Strawberry Shortcake, and Angel Food Cake.
Cake pieces are 50% off today (limit two) when you ask for the special price.
Bonus special: For the next three days, you can get any of the political breath mints (Donkey or Elephant Tins) for one dollar off the regular price of $3.49. Just ask for the special blog special. Bonus # 2 Say "I vote Sugarless deLite" and we will upsize your small or medium yogurt to the next size up at no additional charge.
This evening, I'll be sitting with my wife in Eureka Springs at the Balcony Restaurant in the Basin Park Hotel watching the election results roll across the screens. (Don't worry, she knew this was going to be part of the vacation.) Which ever way the results go, this will be a historic evening. It should be very interesting to watch.
Hopefully the lines will be merciful for you today if you are voting. I have no doubt that some of them will be long. Just remember to be courteous to your fellow voters. Look at it as sharing in history or a good case for early voting.
Tomorrow, we'll be heading home. Ready for the holiday onslaught that always begins at the mid-point in November. At least I should be well rested for it. That is the chief advantage to these early November vacations. Once the election is over, it will be time to get into the holiday swing of things. After all, there are only 19 days left to get your orders in for Thanksgiving.
