We're coming up on the final stretch for Thanksgiving. We'll be rather busy in the store over the next few days. You might notice when you come in that things have been moved around. Most of the front displays have been converted over to Christmas. If you can't find what you're looking for, we've still got it. Just ask us where we moved it.
Also, if you need a cake for the weekend, it is a good idea to go ahead and get your order in to the store. The last day to order anything that is not on the Thanksgiving form is Saturday the 22nd. Those orders that are not on the Thanksgiving form must be picked up on Sunday the 23rd. We've got a lot of pies to bake next week so we'll need the room.
The good news is that the weather will be a little more like fall. The cold front that is coming through today should put us into a stretch of sub-70s weather. A few cooler days always make it seem more like the holidays to me. I'm hoping the Thanksgiving day will be nice and cool so that the warm kitchen is pleasant rather than hot.
