At a loss for words...

I've been talking about yoga now for over a month, but my friends and I are no longer taking the Tuesday night class. I'm not sure what to say. When all else fails, I'll just talk a little business.

We have gotten back in the LaTortilla Garlic Tortillas, the Low Carb Enchantment White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies, the Walden Farms Ranch travel packets, Walden Farms Scampi Sauce and the Tea Tech Raspberry Tea. I do also expect to receive a shipment of DaVinci English Toffee flavoring syrup later today.

In addition to these items, we have a new item in the store: Perfect Sweet® Xylitol Sweetener (8oz). Perfect Sweet® is a 7 on the Glycemic Index. This sweetener tastes like sugar, bakes like sugar and is all natural.

The Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cappuccino, Boysenberry and Pine Colada. Our yogurt is buy one, get one free this evening from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Today is a double dip Wacky Photo Wednesday. The first will take you back. Think the gas prices are high right now? This is a photo that will make you wish for the good old days when gas was reasonable and you didn't have to sell your soul to fill your gas tank.

This photo is from my adventures at the Scarborough Renaissance Festival and features three generations of Renaissance participants. No, they weren't on the clock. This was just a weekend of fun for the whole family. Don't worry. You don't have to dress up to enjoy the festival.

One last note for everyone, our crème pies are just $12.99 this month (regularly $19.99). We are now also baking Banana and Lemon crème pies. If you want one for this weekend, give us a call at 972.644.2000.

I prefer to think of them as three generations of supreme geek.
