Gnu Bars Update: I have just been notified by our contact at Gnu Foods that the Peanut Butter Flavor and Fiber Bars will not be available until closer to the end of February. They in the kitchen working on an improved recipe for this bar. Of course, this means that we will soon run out of our stock of peanut butter bars, but we will have them back in as soon as the new version is ready.

With our Netflix account now ended, we are in a rush to watch our final three movies. Last night, we watched Stardust. This film has been billed as The Princess Bride for the new generation. While I don't think that it comes close to living up to this heavy billing, it is a good film in its own right.

If you like fantasy films with a twist of romance, this film is probably a winner for you. This movie is darker than I would have thought, but it does a nice job of bringing in the love story to counter the darker themes. It is a story book tale about a young man's journey filled with love and adventure. This is one of those movies that makes me want to go read the book. Movie Rating: 3 out of 5

After we finished this movie, my wife went to bed. I stayed up and watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. This film was a 180 from the previous viewing. This certainly is not your typical Hollywood offering. If you like something different, and you don't mind going through a sad journey, then this is a great film. Well acted on almost all fronts. Jim Carey does a fantastic job. Movie Rating: 4 out of 5.

Puzzler Answer: Ached

I HIGHLY recommend the book. Though I have the movie, I haven't seen it yet, so I can't compare. The book is one of my all-time favorites.
