After several problems with the email group over the last year, yesterday was the final straw. For a reason that I cannot find, the email sent out in duplicate with a second copy of per gibberish. On the up side, it is not due to a virus. Unfortunately, if you open your email, you will probably not find your coupons.
Thus, we are going to move to a new method of distribution this year. The coupons will now be posted on the blog along with the calendar on the first or second of each month. You will be able to print out the coupons from the blog by clicking on them and then printing the page. As always, they will be limited to one use per person per month. On the plus side, you don't have to worry about your junk mail deleting them automatically. If you're checking the blog latter in the month, you can scroll down to the blog archive to open up the entry with the coupons and calendar.

One of my primary interests is politics. Knowing this, my wife graciously watched The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer with me last night as our dinner cooked. Sometimes, love is shown by the simple things. I did, however, not stayed glued to TV all night. The great thing about something that you don't have direct control over is that you can just as easily read about it the next day. Today, I think some people woke up to unexpected results. With New Hampshire just around the corner, things are about to start getting very interesting in the 2008 Presidential races. Prepare for a full spin cycle.
If you didn't like the weather over the last few days, you're going to be happy with this weekend. The warming trend starts today and goes through the next few. I'm convinced that we never really see a true winter in this part of Texas. Just once I would like a stretch of two or three weeks with truly cold weather to take out all of the allergens and bugs. There is a plus side to freezing weather even if you don't like it.
