I started a minor upgrade project on the blog on Saturday. I went back and began labeling the previous posts. You will see labels for each entry at the bottom left corner of the entry. I'm trying my best to not go crazy with the labeling, so I have instituted a three label maximum. There are about 16 different categories and that number might grow to 20, but I am also trying to minimize the number of categories as well.

Some days aren't the best even if they are not explicitly bad. Yesterday, my wife and I woke up about 30 minutes later than we normally would for church and arrived right at the start of Sunday school. After church, we headed downtown to the House of Blues to get tickets for the Eisley concert on Tuesday. (Of course these tickets could have been purchased through Ticketmaster; however, we saved 10 dollars after gas was factored in by avoiding the monopolistic monstrosity.)

She called her mother, who has been in the hospital for the last week, on the way to downtown. It was apparent that her mom was having a rough day and that understandable makes anyone uneasy. Though we talked about it a little on the way down there, it wasn't the talk that helped calm the unease. Instead, it was the elephants holding each others tails with their trunks that we saw walking only 100 feet away from us right in the middle of downtown Dallas. :)

After a trip over to Arlington to visit with her mother, we headed back up to the store for our Spring/Summer employee dinner. With a good portion of the day spent driving around, it was nice to sit down and enjoy the meal at Celebration. I may have eaten too much, but it was just such great food.
