2/3 Impulse

I got home from work last night tired and hungry around 7 o'clock. I was going to dinner at 8:45 PM so I had a little bit of time. I haven't been working out over the last two weeks because of a sore back, general tiredness, busy schedule, late nights and a myriad of other excuses. It dawned on me last night as I was preparing to sit down in the recliner once again and talk myself out of another workout that the extreme since of tiredness was a reason to work out rather than an excuse to avoid it.

Once I had on the workout clothes (note to self: get sweat pants), I felt committed and it was easier to get motivated. Because of the time constraints, I only went through 2 of the 3 sets and ran a short 3/4 mile. However, it sure did feel good to get back into some type of routine. As I was walking home, I realized how much the work out had become important to me. It gives me a chance to burn off extra energy and have some time to think through things. The holiday times are hard to keep in any routine, but I think this was a step back to the right direction. After all, excuses were the only thing keeping me out of one.

Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Caramel, Coffee Royal, Grasshopper and New York Cheesecake.

I'm surprised. I am a firm believer in the looney left.

You're political views are just plain weird. A little far left, a little far right, and a whole lot of radical.

You Are 52% Politically Radical

You've got some radical viewpoints, but you aren't completely nuts. You're more of a visionary than a radical.
