Not to say that it was any fun, but the doctor appointment went well. I got a really cool red crayon band-aid. My girlfriend was very kind and cooked dinner for me which was wonderful because I had to fast throughout the day for the physical. I think that meatloaf might just be a perfect breakfast food for 6:30 at night.
Over the last year, I've come to realize more and more that when you face up to your fears, i.e. doctors, and follow through with the course of action, you often feel pretty good about the results. It's a lot like exercising in that regard. It is rarely ever fun, but the results are nice to have.
