Drum Up the Vote

I think that some of the best sleep that you can have is when there is a little rain in the background. (The real stuff, not the electric alarm clock variety.) Last night provided a pleasant backdrop with bits of good hard rain. I hope that every one else got a chance to enjoy it as well and woke up feeling refreshed also.

The Yogurt Flavors: Chocolate Decadence, World Class Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Marshmallow, Angel Food Cake and Lemon.

The Owner's Corner: Whether you are doing Weight Watchers®, Low Carb, South Beach, gastric by-pass, lap-band, just general healthy eating or you are a diabetic, there is one thing that that almost every one can do to help themselves and others...Vote!

Tomorrow, November 7th, remember to get out and vote. Make a little extra time during your day to make our democracy work. It is a privilege that we are afforded and it is something that we should embrace because our votes do matter. Keep yourself and our country healthy.

Show us your I Voted sticker and request a voter special for your free small (7oz) yogurt on November 7th.

Bonus Thought:

"When a man has once broken through the paper walls of everyday circumstance, those unsubstantial walls that hold so many of us securely prisoned from the cradle to the grave, he has made a discovery. If the world does not please you, you can change it. Determine to alter it at any price, and you can change it altogether. You may change it into something sinister and angry, to something appalling, but it may be you will change it to something brighter, more agreeable, and at the worst something much more interesting."

"The History Of Mr. Polly" by H.G. Wells (1910)
