The Galaxy Granola is back in stock. We found out last week that the label is incorrect. The calorie count should read around 140, not 87. This takes the product to 2 Points® for a 1/2 cup serving. Galaxy Granola is working on a new label for this product.

It's kind of funny to think that making 62.8 million dollars on an opening weekend could be considered a mild disappointment, but that's what the film Cars is. This was hailed as one of the summer’s great blockbusters. It does seem to have a strong word of mouth so it should have a good run. If anyone saw it this weekend, I would love to know what you thought. Pixar does have a pretty good track record with these types of movies.

Of course part of the solution is making sure that while we wait for medical breakthroughs, we give people the tools to best take care of themselves. The second part of the solution, and the harder part, is having people take responsibility for their dietary program and their health.
