Random Sugarless Thoughts-2014

#1  Sugarless deLite opened on August 1st of 1989. Now in our 25th year.
#2  Sugarless deLite had a second store in Plano from 1991-1994. It was by Collin Creek
      Mall near Souper Salad.  We never really caught on there. During our peak, Sugarless
     deLite employed 32 people.
#3 We were open from 11am-11pm Friday and Saturday from 1989-1994.
#4 Most of our employees are UTD students
#5 We are open 362 days this year.Next day we are closed in Thanksgiving 2014
#6 At least once a week I will tell people that we are open 362 days a year and they then
     ask me if we are  open on Sunday,  Think about it a second
#7  3 Products contain a small amount of sugar, Pumpkin Butter-Chipotle Sauce and
      PB2. Very small  amouts that are OK for most of our customers 2-5 grams of sugar
      or maple sugar.
#8  Tim, our Baker, who had been with us since October 1995 has retired and is moving to Ireland.
#9  We give to dozens of charities of our customers every year. Thanks for asking!
#10  Saturday is our busiest day and Tuesday our slowest
#11 Yogurt was the king when we opened in 1989 and now it is an afterthought.
#12 Sugarless deLite has over 600 products

At Least the Sun Is Out...

Today we have all of the items on the sale rack on sale for 50% off of their lowest marked price. Get some great deals by coming in and shopping the sale rack today! It seems like it got a little chilly last night. My apartment managed to drop down to 47 degrees. It is a bit harder to get out of bed and get ready when it is on the colder side, but the electric bill, or lack there of, is a site to behold. I'm predicting a bill under 13 dollars for the actual charge this month. It is a good thing since I have other things to save for right now. A Friend In Need

This weekend was a wonderful weekend for me to catch up with friends. Yesterday, I was able to see my best friend who, though it seems like months on end, I have not seen in a month. It was good to be able to sit down and talk again. Many times there are difficulties in our lives, but it is great to know that we are able to turn to others to ask for help. I'd like to thank her for being my friend through everything because that friendship means so much to me. It looks like this weekend’s rain will leave us for a short time to return again next weekend. Wasn't it great? It seemed like the perfect weather to cleanse and renew after so many months of dry, relentless weather. Three weekends in a row would be fantastic. I am thankful for the rain that we have received.
