We have all said it..."I only had a salad for lunch" yet did we only have a salad ? Was it really a salad with "regular" dressing? Have you read the calories in dressing? It is unbelievable! You are talking about 120 calories of 100% fat in each serving. I do not mean a real "serving" but I mean 2 tablespoons. One time I asked for an extra packet of dressing at a fast food place, I looked on the single serve package of ranch dressing and it informed me that the package contained 420 calorie. HELP!!!!!! This was the extra package. This means that the 2 packs would have over 800 calories. 100% FAT. Random Thought We kid ourselves about what we eat and dressings on salads are the biggest joke! It happens every once in awhile for me where eating right is more difficult.Eating is never the problem but eating right is the "problem". I know that it happens to all of us. Last night was was eating a fish taco ,no taco shell,no cheese,no good stuff...yet this pizza on the table called my name "Rick" "Rick". I looked at the pizza and it caught my eye and then it had my lips. No, I did not eat alot but I had the first and second bite. There was a bag of Baked Cheetos on the top of the fridge.(Not bought by me) The bag was calling my name Tuesday night. I did something that I never do...I ate them. They were good. My first thought was that I was going to eat a few yet that plan failed. I stopped after 10 minutes and did not feel great about what I had done. I also did not feel horrible.
