We had a great response to our birthday celebration this weekend. Thank you to everyone who came in and wished us a happy birthday. (One of our longest term customers even brought us a super cool card that plays the Star Wars theme song.) Eighteen years is a long time and we plan on being here for another 18 as well. We will celebrate again on the 17th and 18th of this month with a few new specials for everyone to enjoy. Stay tuned.
We did receive a shipment of Chocolite and Curb Bites in this weekend. These chocolates are great for Weight Watchers® at one point for two pieces and they are also perfect for low carb lifestyles at one carb per piece.
I noticed on the comments left on Saturday that I had mistakenly put months instead of weeks in regards to what composed a year. All I can say is that sometimes when you’re in the middle of a move, it seems like months rather than weeks. We had some issues at the new place with the AC this weekend and that makes for a long weekend. The final verdict was that ants had eaten through the connector cables in the AC unit. I'm fine with whatever caused it as long as it doesn't heat up again.
I saw this story in the news this morning. I thought it was a funny idea. I also noticed that I am not the only one who has typos in their postings.
"They will be prohibited from discussion the armband, including the violation that earned them the hot pink accoutrement."
It makes me feel better when a major news organization has a good sized grammatical mistake in their posting.
