It's amazing what a difference a few days can make when it comes to the weather. Ever since the skies opened up Thursday night, the heat has subsided somewhat. I no longer feel like the life is being sucked out of me when I walk outside in the morning. The great thing about hurricanes on the Texas coast is the rain and cooling that they often bring to Dallas. The forecast shows the next 10 days under 100 degrees. :)
