Forgive me if I seem a little groggy today. I had one of those nights last night where sleep did not come easily. The type where you are either too hot or not warm enough. Where you wake up at 3 and aren't able to go back to sleep until 5. That type of night. The type that sets you back a weeks worth of sleep in one evening.
I could say it was all because of the Cowboys exciting win in Washington, but that just wouldn't be true. Nevertheless, I was glad to see that the Cowboys were able to pull out a gritty win. It keeps some hope alive for the playoffs. I figure if they go 4 and 2 for the rest of the season, they should have a good shot at making it.
For a spell at the end of the game, the Cowboys actually looked like the teams of the early 90's. The teams where you knew that the Cowboys were going to run it, but you couldn't do anything but get manhandled after the snap. On top of the resurgence of the O-line, the defense decided to show up for a second game in a row.
One note about the blog: I've done a bit of house cleaning on the blog. I've taken off some of the old links. The baseball gadget has been removed, expect it to return next year when the season begins, and has been replaced in favor of a weather gadget that can be used to check the current conditions and the forecast for Richardson, Texas.
