It can be a real help in relearning how to eat. This is a very positive book and can be motivating.Check it out Recommendation Number 2 Another great book that is a bit more scientific than the other book. It deals with the concept of eating the right foods and moves away from the guilt and shame so many people feel .Author Linda Bacon, PHD. Sugarless deLite talks to alot of people and we believe that this title may be helpful. From my years of going to Weight Watchers, I hear many people that struggle with guilt and failure, This may be of some help in that area. It also deals with solid advice on eating and choices.

We enjoyed sharing our Wio “recipes-of-the-week” with Sugarless deLite Recipe:  For onion rings:  cut a large onion into 1/4 inch slices and separate into rings. Dip each onion ring into seasoned Wio Smart Flour mixture (salt, pepper, cumin & garlic or onion powder to taste); then dip ring into egg beaters (or whisked egg whites) and then back into flour mixture.  Shake off excess. Place onto a large plate or tray, and spritz with olive oil. Fry rings in a Philips air fryer @ 360 degrees for approx 4 to 5 minutes until brown & crispy.  For Zucchini fries, cut zucchini lengthwise into 1/2 inch wide lengthwise strips and prepare as above.
